Singer and entrepreneur Jennifer López has been honored with the Pride Award by the Hispanic Federation (HF), in recognition of her commitment to the Latino community and her excellence in her areas of expertise. The awards event, chaired by Lin-Manuel Miranda, highlighted López's efforts to support entrepreneurs and Latino children.

One of the highlights mentioned was the Limitless Labs project, López’s initiative in partnership with Grameen America, which aims to train 600,000 Latino entrepreneurs in fifty U.S. cities, with a total investment of $14 billion. In addition, her contribution to organizations such as Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the Gloria Wise Boys and Girls Club has also been recognized.

The HF gala ceremony, held at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City, paid tribute not only to López but also to other individuals and organizations, such as the Dane County Hispanic Center in Wisconsin, which received the Community Service Award. This center was recognized for its work in empowering young people and strengthening families in the state.

In addition to celebrating the honorees, HF announced that proceeds from the gala will go toward a variety of efforts, including support for newly arrived asylum seekers and educational programs in 40 states and Puerto Rico. The event not only recognized the individual and collective accomplishments of the Latino community but also highlighted the importance of continued support for the advancement and strengthening of this community in the United States.
